Unbelievable. An urban legend? No, its real. Lambrecht Chevrolet, a dealership in business from shortly after World War II until the mid-nineteen nineties, is selling off a collection of 500 cars amassed over that period, most period trade-ins that were kept instead of being sold. If that is not special enough, about 50 of the cars have less than 11 miles (yes 11) on them as they were never sold by the dealership when new. This one, a 1958 Chevrolet pickup, has only 5.4 miles on the odometer.
This 1972 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 is said to be a rust free California example that retains its original blue paint and California blue plates. The FJ40 had a very long production run from 1960 all the way to 1983.
